RTI info shows that up to 7 Council employees produced a plan showing 4 false lot numbers
The ratepaers are paying for the following Council employees to produce false documents.
Including lot 101, which backs onto a lot two doors down the road,, not 128 Ashridge Rd Darra
Why are they being paid by the Brisbane City Council ?
Is it gross negligence, of fraud ? You be the judge. I suggest you let the Lord Mayor know, yout thoughts.

In addition, these plans are not RPEQ certified which may be corrupt conduct, being for unlicenced engineering, as per S15(1) of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001and S115 /(1) of the Professional Engineers Act 2002.
In addition, Council expert engineers Andrew Corrigan says this pipe ends up 1.2m under the Ashridge Rd Kerb, which is Unsatisfactory Professsional Conduct as per schedule 2 of the Professional Engineers Act.

Council expert Corrigan - saya Council pipe will flood below the kerb
Corrigan, Council expert engineer, provided an expert witness statement that the Council employee Upstream employee hydraulic plan will end up under the kerb. He agrees with the private engineer levels. (of 1.18 m under the kerb).
The Council employees refused to advise David Manteit that their pipe is flooded under the kerb, even after David Manteit said on this website the same thing.
The Council employees have had 9 months to advise Manteit that their red line was flooded.
But they have hidden this information from the world.

Independant engineers say that the Council engineered stormwater upslope plan will cause nuisance flooding to downstream properties based on a conservative 1800 sqm of roof. Council have "violated" the no worsening principle.

9 months later. Brisbane City Council employees would rather see damage to people and property (QUDM) and potential loss of life from their engineered design than use their calculator. RTI reveals that Roger Greenway /Lucy Ting used a red red biro for their design of stormwater pipes and pits.

Time and time again these Brisbane City Council employees were warned that there would be a devastating Brisbane flood disaster caused by their engineering designs. They chose to force the owner to flood Darra with their illegal Brisbane flood stormwater plan.

A Court filed audit carried out of every Council subdivison approval from 1/1/24 to 31/12/24 revealed that this case is the only case where Council had decided to become licenced and unlicenced engineers and design a Brisbane flood.
David Manteit was totally honest and upfront in his Development Application on 10/7/24 and warned of a Brisbane flood that -

David Manteit offered Brisbane City Council employee Joel Wake the opportunity to attend site on 15/8/24 and examine ground levels with Manteit's laser level to confirm that site water would not drain through to Ashridge Rd but he refused. Joel Wake chose engineer a Brisbane flood for the residents of Brisbane and cause possible loss of life instead.
It is s calculated that there would be a flow of 114 litres per second flow from the rear lots for 1800 sqm roof in a Q20 flood event. (Independant engineer) That means 9.849,600 litres a day. Original plan by Roger Greenwayof Brisbane City Council will cause a flood of 164 swimming pools a day of 60k volume.
