Scott Ruhland, unlicenced engineer, performs unauthorised illegal engineering.

Scott Ruhland unlicenced engineer, working for Brisbane City Council, has performed sham, illegal, unlicenced engineering calculations on behalf of applicant David Manteit. David Manteit never asked nor was consulted by Scott Ruhland to perform engineering for him.

Nobody asked Scott Ruhland to perform unlicenced shonky sham engineering. Nobody foced Scott Ruhland to perform unlicenced engineering. Fines of $1,000 apply as per S115 (1) of the Registered Professional Engineers Act 2002 and the Crime and Corruption Act 2001, if found guilty.

Scott Ruhland has contributed to sham engineering plans that end up one metre below the kerb. Scott Ruhland has approved (twice at least) illegal engineering designs that are over 100 litres per second at the kerb, when only 30 litres per second is allowed.

The kerb is not a lawful point of dicharge for Lots 98 and 99. Scott Ruhland couldn't be bothered do a 10 minute calculation of the Rational method with Council coeffient of .87 to check his calculations. Why are Brisbane City Council ratepayers paying the wage of the fool Scott Ruhland ?

The incompetency of Scott Ruhland is astounding. Should the ratepayers of Brisbane City Council pay for this unlicenced engineer unsatisfactory conduct, for a professional engineer?
