Shonky engineer Lucy Ting designs illegal stormwater system. Lucy Ting hasn't read Council laws S7.6.3.1(2) that state that the maximum velocity at kerb is 30 litres per second.
Lucy Ting iCouncil coefficient of .87 coverage and rainfall requirements with the Rational method means that the flow will be 171 litres per second. Takes the average third grader about 5 minutes to work that out.
There is no legal stormwater pipe for the rear lots. The pipe will cause major flooding of 246 swimming pools a day plus potential loss of life.

Look closely. An audit by David Manteit of approval for 28 Moorak St Taringa shows that Lucy Ting, Senior engineer, knowingly approved RHS steel on the land to be used as Onsite drainage. Council laws state that RHS is only lawful on the footpath. Lucy Ting Senior Engineer, was too lazy to pick up this mess.
Imagine digging up the front yard one day to think you have found buried treasure. You see this steel RHS pipe. But it's just Lucy Ting approved unlawful steel pipe, rusting away. Jeepers. Why are Brisbane ratepayers paying for this document doctoring fool?
