Council barrister Susan Hedge, in the case of Manteit V Brisbane City Council 2916/24 , told Judge Williamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court on 24/4/25 that the illegal Council approved 81 metres of stormwater pipes designed by 7 unlicenced Council employees will now flood. (Court transcript).
Before, Susan Hedge provided a statement of disputed reasons to the Court on 31-1-25 stating that the red lines worked and the non-RPEQ certified Council red stormwater lines needed to stay. The red lines were one way and there were other ways.
On 24 /4/25, Susan Hedge told Judge Williamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court that the illegal non RPEQ certified pipes were in fact, flooded by 1.2m under Ashridge Rd kerb.
Is that contempt of Court? For 7 month she claimed he pipes were dry, even though Manteit plastered calculations and diagrams of the pipes being flooded 1.2m under the Ashridge Rd kerb.
Susan Hedge has admitted in other Courts (read full PDF below) that she sometimes has no memory.
