In the Planning and Environment Court on Thursday 24-4-24 Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister allegedly deceived Judge Williamson KC.
This was in relation to the trial, David Manteit V Brisbane City Council 2916/24.
Susan Hedge, Byth Chambers barrister stated to Judge Williamson KC that her position for the trial to be commenced at 10am Monday 28-4-25 (the next business day) in the Planning and Environment Court on Thursday 28-4-25 had not changed since the position stated by Susan Hedge in the Planning and Environment Court and filed on 31-1-25.
Susan Hedge, appearing for Brisbane City Council in the case of David Manteit V Brisbane City Council 2916/24, produced a totally different position at 10am 28-4-25, at the commencement of the trial, only one business day after appearing in front of Judge Williamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court on 24-4-25.
Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister would have taken many days to prepare the change, since the iillegal Council employee flooded stormwater plans that Susan Hedge previously said were dry and proper, magically disappeared at 10 am on day of trial.
Susan Hedge did not inform Judge Williamson of the change in position until 10am onn 28/4/25 of the morning of the trial.
A contempt of Court application is currently being prepared.
