Zarndra Piper, unlicenced engineer at Brisbane City Council has been requested to appear in the Planning and Environment Court on 28/4/25 to explain why she engineered an illegal Brisbane Flood and what calculations were used.
Brisbane City Council delegate Zarndra Piper conversation with Margaret Orr and Joel Wake, obtained from Right to information, documented by Joel Wake. The unlicenced engineers agreed that they change the engineering. Orr and Piper, and Wake, all unlicenced engineering, decided to reduce a flood of 1284 swimming pools a week to 856 swimming pools a week flood.
This is the classic case of unclicenced engineering that the Crime and Corruption Commission is looking for as there are criminal offences under S115 (1) of The Crime and Corruption Act.
