Susan Hedge named as defendant in new contempt of court case

On 30-4-25 , Byth Chamber barrister, Susan Hedge, in the case Manteit V Brisbane City Council, screamed and yelled to Planning Court Judge Williamson KC .

"His Honour must believe that the Andrew Corrigan report is very very believable, and should be relied upon by His Honour" (transcript)

David Manteit supplied material to the Planning and Environment Court at the commencement of the hearing, 

This damning report demonstrated that the winemaster whisleblower witness Corrigan had intentionally used a fake formula, called fraction impervious.

Dumbo expert winemaster witness Andrew Corrigan thought Fraction impervious  "fi=.7 " is the Coefficient of Discharge.  It's not.

In fact QUDM requires "use the fi =.7 in the formula for Coefficient of Discharge, but is not the Coefficient of Discarge.

Simpleton Slippery Susan Hedge is do dumb that she screamed and yelled at Judge Williamson KC "You must believe my witness. He is very very believable" 

The Coefficient of Discharge  = frequency facor * fraction impervious/360 is the correct lawful formula.

Slippery Susan Hedge knew that the formula was fake, then tried to fool Judge Williamson "His Honour must believe this expert. He is very very very believable" 

Simpleton Susan Hedge seems willing to promote any fool to a Planning and Environment Court Judge.

Winemaster Andrew Corrigan attempted to fool the Planning and Environment Court by using the fake Queensland Urban Drainage Manual formula and reduce the flooding levels of his own flooded hydraulic plans.

Winemaster Andrew Corrigan's stormwater plans are flooded, as admitted by him, to Judge Wiliamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court ,but Slipery simpleton Susan Hedge continued to plead to Judge Wiliamson KC of the Planning and Environment Court that Andrew Corrigan was very very believable, and his report should be relied upon.

Susan Hedge around 7 months before the trial, instructed the winemaster witness Andrew Corrigan to intentionally make around 150 intentional errors in his flooded hydraulic plans and expert witness report. Corrigan says his own report is "rudimentary".

Winemaster witness Andrew Corrigan admitted to the Planning and Environment Court (transcript) that his fake formula reduced flood levels by 15%. 

Simpleton Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister was told in Court by Corrigan that the formula was fake, but she still tried to promote winemaster witness Corrigan to Judge Williamson KC as "very very very believable." (transcript).

Can Simpleton Susan Hedge Byth Chambers be that stupid to try to convince a judge that a witness is believable who breaks around 23 Brisbane City Council Planning Scheme laws including fake formulas?

Or is Slippery Susan Hedge just the dumbest barrister walking the corridors of the Planning and Environment Court?  It must be one or the other.
