Byth Chambers dumbo Susan Hedge knew this plan was flooded but intentionally tried to fool Judge Williamson of the Planning and Environment Court on 30-4-25

Why is Byth Chambers Susan Hedge barrister still being paid by the Lord Mayor to lie to the Planning and Environment Court?

 It is either lies or plain stupidity by a dumbo, or  contempt of court.

Byth Chambers Susan Hedge barrister own whistleblower winemaster witness admitted his own plan (above) was flooded, after he too was found out by David Manteit audit report and witness interrogation.

Susan Hedge still tried to con Judge Williamson KC to say the winemaster was very very believeable, even after he admitted his own plans are flooded under Ashridge Rd and he intentionally made 150 errors in his report.

Audit calculations by David Manteit were admitted to be correct and that the winemaster whistleblower witness plans were indeed flooded.

Once again. Andrew Corrigan admitted his second plan floods 790mmm under Ashridge Rd Kerb.

Basically Corrigan tried to send water uphill.

The original hydraulic plan concocted by Council employees with falsified lot numbers.

Susan hedge stated on 6/5/25 there was nothing wrong with RTI information including falsified plans.

This plans floods 1.2m under Ashridge Rd kerb.

Whistleblower winemaster witness Andrew Corrigan agreed with the private engineer that tis plan flooded 1.2m under the Ashridge Rd Kerb.
