Sara McCabe solicitor for Council signs under oath of affidavit two different statements.
The penalty for a false statement under oath can lead to imprisonment.
RE Planning and Environment Court 2916/24 128 Ashridge Rd Darra David Manteit V Brisbane City Council.
Sara McCabe, solicitor for Brisbane City Council signed the above affidavit on 1/11/24. (e) states "on 25 September Council made its decision to approve the Development Application" (for 128 Ashridge Rd Darra)
9. "At the date of swearing the affidavit Council has not yet decided the application"

The date of swearing was 1/11/24.
The list of ppotential incorrect statements goes on and on and on.
This solicitor Sara McCabe refuses to acknowledge legal warning notice on 11/10/24 and 18/10/24. See my letter to Lord Mayor suggesting this solicitor leaves the employ of Brisbane City Council on previous page. I wrote that letter before the four frauds.
What was the CEO of Brisbane thinking when he stated to me he has full confidence in this solicitor. Your ratepayers money is being wasted at the rate of knots.
