Susan Hedge intentionally refused to correct the false document despite contempt of Court warnings

Slippery Susan Hedge, Byth Chambers barrister for Brisbane City Council, pleaded with Judge Williamson KC, on 12/12/24, to sign an intentionally false document, being a proposed court order, being allegedly in contempt of Court.

This order was prepared by Brisbane City Council solicitor Sara McCabe.

Slippery Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister handed the intentionally false document to the hands of Judge Williamson KC. This action is allegedly in contempt of Court.

David Manteit gave three written warnings to Susan Hedge and Sara McCabe in writing, to correct the intentionally false document, since this was allegedly in contempt of Court.
