Susan Hedge named as defendant in Contempt of Court

Unlicenced engineer, barrister Lazy Susan Hedge, yelled to Judge Williamson KC - you must believe Andrew Corrigan ! He is very very very believable !

Andrew Corrigan intentionally fudged his engineering report by using Level II drainage, instead of Level III drainage.

Andrew Corrigan  thought nobody would notice. So did Lazy Susan Hedge.

Brisbane Planning Scheme Policy S7.2.2.3 requires Level III drainage.

Susan Hedge arranged for Corrigan to sign his affidavit in Council rooms,

witnessed by Sara McCabe.

Placing illegal pipe stubs into neighbour's rear lots, designed to fool Judge Williamson KC.

Fudging of depth of pits terminology. Sometimes 600mm depth. Sometimes 675mm depth, designed to fool Judge Williamson KC.

Lazy Susan Hedge unlicenced engineer and barrister tried to hoodwink Judge Williamson KC into believing a fudged witness report by winemaster (CV) Andrew Corrigan.

Many barristers I talk to in the Planning Court have mentioned to me anonymously that Susan Hedge is known as not being  the brightest bulb in the Planning and Environment Court and is commonly known as Simpleton Susan.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers refused the request by David Manteit for 7 Council employees to attend Court to explain their intentional illegal flooded engineering.
