Lasy Susan Hedge attempts to fool Judge Williamson KC with false engineering.

Report from the trial 28-4-25 in the case Manteit V Brisbane City Counil 2916/24.

Unlicenced engineer, barrister Lasy Susan Hedge,  yelled to Judge Williamson KC - you must believe Andrew Corrigan ! He is very very very believable !

Andrew Corrigan intentionally fudged his engineering report by using Level II drainage, instead of Level III drainage.

Andrew Corrigan  thought nobody would notice. So did Lasy Susan Hedge.

Brisbane Planning Scheme Policy S7.2.2.3 requires Level III drainage.

Susan Hedge arranged for Corrigan to sign his affidavit in Council rooms,

witnessed by Sara McCabe.

The Andrew Corrigan includes -

2 intentionaly flooded fake stormwater plans,

150 mistakes

False use of illegal fill

Use of fake and illegal rainwater tanks

Flooding of pipes over 30 litres at kerb, breaking Council law S 7.6.3.1.

Use of stormwater easements to block owner of supplying services to the new land, such as power, phone, water.

Use of fake kerb adaptors instead of approved stormwater pits

Placing illegal pipe stubs into rear lots 

Fudging of depth of pits terminology. Sometimes 600mm depth. Sometimes 675mm depth.

Admitting of using fake stormwater "Master Plan"

Lasy Susan Hedge unlicenced engineer and barrister tried to hoodwink Judge Williamson KC into believing a fudged witness report by winemaster (CV) Andrew Corrigan.

Many barristers I talk to in the Planning Court have mentioned to me anonymously that Susan  Hedge is known as not being  the brightest bulb in the Planning Court.

Susan Hedge refused the request my Manteit for 7 Council employees to attend Court.
