Susan Hedge, barrister and unlicenced engineer, filed in the Planning and Environment Court two Brisbane City Council supported concocted stormwater plans that proposed to intentionally block power, water and phone to new Lot 2 of 128 Ashridge Rd Darra. Manteit V Brisbane City Council 2916/24./
Susan Hedge has intentionally produced these bogus illegal plans that are flooded.
Other court filed documents demonstrate that the stormwater pipes will end up under the Ashridge Rd Kerb.
There are no other Brisbane City Council Upstream Stormwater easements on record, that traverse an owners land outside 600mm from the left and right boundaries, unless by consent from the owner.
