Impending Contempt of Court case - CCC aware

In the Planning and Environment Court on 5-8-25 Brisbane City Council  pleaded to Judge Williamson KC to reinstate the all Court files on this case to public status for the case David Manteit V Brisbane City Council 2916/24.

Brisbane City Council requested on that day in the Planning and Environment Court for the scandalous Council employee engineering files to be accessible online again, so all 8 billion of our readers can see how Brisbane City Council employees became fake engineers.

Slippery Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister and Brisbane City Council were ordered verbally by Judge Williamson KC not to lodge further scandalous files in the Planning and Environment Court. (transcript).

Slippery Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister had conveniently vanished from the Planning and Environment Court, prior to the hearing. 

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister was nowhere to be seen. 

David Manteit asked the security guards to leave some lanterns out just in case Slippery Susan Hedge came out of a Planning and Environment Court closet late at night.

David Manteit asked Judge Williamson KC for a contempt of court order for Susan Hedge Byth Chambers.

Judge Williamson KC advised Mr Manteit that an application must be made and it is a very serious matter.

David Manteit is now preparing that contempt order application. 

Susan Hedge and Brisbane City Council shall be required to appear in the Planning and Environment  Court.

Susan Hedge shall be required, amongst other things,  to explain why she advised Judge Williamson KC on 24/4/25 tat 11.15am that Council's position for the trial, starting 28-4-25 was as of 31/1/25, some three months prior.

Yet on the same day Slippery Susan Hedge and Brisbane City Council filed a totally different position, perhaps only one hour later, down the lift, to the Court registry (CCC footage awaiting). 

When David Manteit queried to Judge Williamson KC on 24/4/25 about Council's position for for the trial, commencing one business day later, on 28-4-25, Judge Williamson KC stated to David Manteit -

"Council have stated many positions, Mr Manteit. Isn't that right, Ms Hedge ?" (transcript)

Susan Hedge was then asked 3 times by Judge Williamson KC -

"What is Council's positon for the trial (to be commenced one business day later), Ms Hedge ? 

Susan Hedge "Council's position for the trial is as per Court document No, 23, filed 31st January,Your Honour" (transcript)

Judge Williamson KC, who I understand, believed Slippery Susan Hedge, told David Manteit 13 times -

Hedge - "Council's position for the trial is as of 31 January, Mr Manteit"

David Manteit asked around 4 times to Judge Williamson KC , "just to be sure," in various words such as "Are you sure about that, Your Honour ?"

"Is that Council's position?" (transcript).

Judge Williamson KC (taking Susan Hedge word at face value), said to David Manteit - "correct". (transcript).

In as little as one hour later, Susan Hedge and Brisbane City Council took the lift downstairs and filed a totally different position in the Planning Court.

This called a big whopping lie by Susan Hedge, and Brisbane City Council, to your face. In this case, to an honourable judge.

The change in position would have taken 2 weeks for Brisbane City Council to prepare, since it involved architecturally removing 81 metres of illegal red hydraulic lines. 

Slippery Susan Hedge knew of this change in position many weeks prior to 24-4-25 and has lied to Judge Williamson KC.

Close to the end of the hearing Judge Williamson KC asked Susan Hedge a further question - 

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister was asked many times at around 11.15am on 24/4/24 by Judge Williamson KC - "Is there anything else we need to know from Council's side, before the trial, on Monday?" 

Susan Hedge said "No, your Honour". (transcript)

Susan Hedge knew that a totally different position would be filed in Court, down the lift, one hour later. (CCT footage pending).

This called a lie to your face, by Susan Hedge In this case, to an honourable judge. Lies by Susan Hedge repeated so many tmes in one hour.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers position as a barrister is untenable.

Judge Williamson KC was not advised or emailed of any change in position by Susan Hedge and Brisbane City Council.

 I am only speculating here, but I can only imagine our honourable judge doing his utmost best, by spending the whole Anzac day weekend studying Council illegal red lines. Then turning up at the trial, always on time, at 10.0am, only to see further Susan Hedge conditions, existing conditions changed, red lines gone. If this speculation as to our honourable judge's time is not correct can someone please advise myself and Susan Hedge.

When Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister and the Brisbane City Council tries to hide scandalous Council employee sham engineering, then they try again with more sham engineering from from a sham report, the public are even more interested.
