Susan Hedge forces Planning and Environment Court to believe in illegal fake formula and flooding

In the Planning and Environment Court on 30-4-25 , Susan Hedge attempted to con Judge Williamson KC with a shonky winemaster witness report that showed -

Intentional fake engineering formulas to disguise impact of Council employee flooding - alleged fraud ?

Illegal rainwater tanks S 7.5.3

Flooding exceeding 30 litres/second to the kerb, S 7.6.3.1

Two flooded illegal hydraulic plans BSD 8111, laws of gravity.

150 intentional errors, - alleged fraud

Use of seven llegal fake kerb adaptors in the middle of the block

Illegal Use of easement in front yard, blocking all services to the new block such as power, phone and water supply.

The report by Andrew Corrigan in the Planning and Environment is allegedly fraudulent to deceive the Planning and Environemnt Court.

Andrew Corrigan admitted to the Planning and Envronment Court that he used the fake formula in order to reduce and fudge the flooding flows by 15%, in his own expert report  - alleged fraud.

Andrew Corrigan admitted that his Stormwater master plan was illegal

Andrew Corrigan admitted that rainwater tanks were illegal under S7.5.3. A possible $700,000 Council fine.

On 30-4-25 , Byth Chambers barrister, Susan Hedge, in the Planning and Environment Court case 2916/24 Manteit V Brisbane City Council, stood up and yelled to Planning Court Judge Williamson KC 

"His Honour must believe that the Andrew Corrigan report is very very believable, and should be relied upon by His Honour" (transcript) in the Planning and Environment Court.

Manteit supplied material to the Planning and Envoironment Court at the commencement of the hearing to demonstrate that Andrew Corrigan had used a fake formula, fraction imperveous.

Dumbo wine expert Andrew Corrigan thought "Coefficient of discharge fi=.7 " is the Coefficient of Discharge. In fact QUDM means "use the fi=.7 in the formula for Coefficient of Discharge".

instead the Coefficient of Discharge = frequency facor * fraction imperveous/360 is the correct formula.

Susan Hedge believed the dumbo wine expert, then yelled to Judge Williamson in the Planning and Environment Court - "His Honour must believe this expert" (Transcript)

Susan Hedge is willing to promote any fool to a Planning and Environment Court Judge.

Andrew Corrigan attempted to fool the Planning and Environment Court by using the fake Queensland Drainage Manual formula in order to hoodwink the Planning and Environment Court and reduce the flooding levels of his own illegal flooded hydraulic plans.

The Andrew Corrigan stormwater plans are flooded, as admitted by him, but Susan Hedge continued to plead to Judge Williamson KC of the Planning and Environment Court that Andrew Corrigan was believable, and his report should be relied upon.

Winemaster Andrew Corrigan has made aroud 150 intentional errors in his expert witness report to the Planning and Environment Cour  and expert witness report.

Winemaster Andrew Corrigan stated to the Planning and Environment Court that his own report is "rudimentary"

Can Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister to the Planning and Environment Court  be that stupid to try to convince a Planning and Environment Court that a witness is believable who intentionally fudges fake engineering laws and breaks 23 Council and Planning Scheme laws?
