Impending Contempt of Court case - CCC aware

Lazy Susan Hedge told Judge Wiliamson KC on 30-4-25 that he should accept the illegal flooded plans by winemaster (CV) engineer Andrew Corrigan even though they flood. Andrew Corrigan admits to using illegal fill. This illegal plan floods by 400 mm.

Lazy Susan Hedge ,barrister,  yelled to Judge Williamson KC "There must be a solution". However, there is no solution to flooded hydraulic plans.

Winemaster (CV) engineer admitted to Judge Williamson KCC that his plans were flooded. 

Winemaster (CV) Andreww Corrigan, admitted to Judge Williamson KC  that his plans were flooded. 

Andrew Corrigan admitted he said he thought nobody would notice that the plans were bodgied up with fill. (transcript).

The expert at drawing flooded plans, winemaster (CV) Andrew Corrigan, has drawn yet another flooded stormwater plan, on behalf of Brisbane City Council.  

This illegal plan  floods 790 mm below the Ashridge Rd Kerb. 

Lazy Susan Hedge pleaded with Judge Williamson KC on 30-4-25 to accept that the illegal flooded plans prepared by wine master engineer witness were very very believable. (transcript) .

 That makes four flooded Brisbane City Council plans, altogether.

Winemaster (CV) Andrew Corrigan admitted to Judge Williamson KC that his plans were flooded. He said he never checked this plan to see if it flooded.

Winemaster (CV) later said that it might work if illegal fill of one metre high to surround the house. 

Corrigan forgot that this is illegal .

Andrew Corrigan is so dumb, that he does not understand that the stub of the pits to the rear properties cannot be raised, so there is no advantage in filling.

There are only so many dumbo engineers in Australia.
