In the Planning and Environment Court Susan Hedge comes clean on hiding of flooded Council pipes.

Susan Hedge has tried to con the Planning and Environment Court for nine months.

Susan Hedge has been caught out by her own whistleblower witness, winemaster engineer, Andrew Corrigan.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers  barrister, told Judge Williamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court on 24/4/25, that the illegal Brisbane City Council Upstream Stormwater plan actually floods 1.2m below the Ashridge Rd Kerb (See transcript).

Previously Susan Hedge had promoted for nine months to the Planning and Environment Court, since October 24, that the pipes were dry. See Notice of disputred reasons 31/1/25. (Many transcripts)

How stupid could dumbo Susan Hedge barister be, to try to con the Planning and Environment Court ?

 Susan Hedge couldn't even work out that the illegal Council employee pipes wre in fact sending water uphill.

Perhaps Susan Hedge is the dumbest barrister in Australia. She has admitted on several occasions in affidavits to courts "I do not now remember". "I do not have any recollection" See below.

The illegal flooded stormwater plans were prepared by Brisbane City Council unlicenced engineers who all refused to attend the Planning and Environment Court as a witness.

Susan Hedge has therefore tried to con Judge Williamson KC and the Planning and Environment Court for nine months that the pipes were dry.

How dumb can you be if you can't see that the pipes end up 1.2m below the Ashridge Rd kerb ? 

Could there be a dumber barrister in the Planning and Environment Court? Or is it simple contempt of Court ?

Winemaster whistleblower, Andrew Corrigan statesd to the Planning and Environment Court by Affidavit and in the witness box (below) that the Susan Hedge backed Council designed Upstream Drainage plan will flood Darra. 

On 24-4-25 Susan Hedge advised Judge Williamson KC of the Planning and Environment Court that her previous advices of the pipes being dry, for the last nine months were incorrect. 

Why did Susan Hedge intentionally waste the time of the Honourable Judge Williamson KC of the Planning and Environemnt Court for nine months? 

Is Susan Hedge the dumbest person in the Planning Court?
