Andrew Corrigan tells the Planning Court that Brisbane City Council employee plan floods by 1.2 m

  Andrew Corrigan wine loving engineer, has told the Planning and Environment Court on 28/4/25 that the approved illegal Council employee designed Upstream stormwater plan prepared by seven  Brisbane City Council  employees for 128 Ashridge Rd Darra was flooded under Ashridge Rd Darra.

Andrew Corrigan has stated to the Planning and Environemnt Court that that he believed the calculations of Brisbane's leading hydraulic  engineer, Civil Works, were corect, which states that the Council employee hydraulic pipes will flood by 1.2m. 

The Brisbane City Council employee pipe prepared by unlicenced engineers was was not certified by a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland

Council barrister Susan Hedge pleaded with the Court to believe Andrew Corrigan.

The unlicenced Brisbane City Council employees that refused for nine months to admit that their illegal Upstream drainage pipe was flooed are

Susan Hedge, Brisbane City Council barrister, told the Planning Cort judge on 25/4/25 that she confirmed "the pipes won't work" (transcript). 

Susan Hedge, Brisbane City Council Planning Cout barrister, told the Court judge that wine master (CV) engineer Andrew Corrigan must be believed.

 That is, the 81 metres of Upstream Drainge pipes prepared by Brisbane City Council unlicenced engineers would flood 1.2 m under the Ashridge Rd kerb.
