Roger Greenway causes the next Brisbane flood with pen

Roger Greenway, Brisbane City Council employee, engineered and designed an illegal Brisbane flood system at 128 Ashridge Rd Darra. The engineered design of Roger Greenway unlicenced engineer, will flood Darra and cause possible loss of life. Roger Greenway knows that he has untentionally caused  flooding nuisance of  5,4 million litres of water flow every day in Q 1 Brisbane flood, each and every year.

Roger Greenway Brisbane City Council employee drew an illegal flooded  urban stormwater plan to Lot 98, 99,100 as part his assessment of 128 Ashridge Rd Darra subdivision. 

David Manteit never asked him to draw this plan. In 412 subdivision cases approved last year, this is the only stormwater plan last year that anyone from Brisbane City Council engineered and designed a stormwater plan.
