Right to Information records reveal that Andrew Blake, Brisbane City Council Senior flood engineer told Lucy Ting on 3/9/24 to write up the Brisbane City Council flood stormwater plan that will cause one of Brisbane's big floods.

Andrew Blake refuses to provide the calculations for his flood, so I can pass on to the Queensland Disaster Management Team, and the Crime and Corruption Commission.

Andrew Blake from Brisbane City Council ignored the flood warnings by David Manteit, since 10/7/24.

Andrew Blake and unlicenced Brisbane City Council engineers were was given hundreds of pages of warnings and scores of emails from David Manteit about the Brisbane flood .

On 10/7/24 David Manteit warned the Brisbane City Council licenced and unlicenced engineers that stormwater would not flow through the development, and create a flood.

Andrew Blake and other the Council employees chose flood and possible loss of life.
