CEO Kerrie Freeman named as defendant in contempt of Court application.

Kerrie Freeman, CEO of Brisbane City Council instructed a winemaster witness in the case of Manteit V Brisbane City Council 2916/24 , to prepare 4 flooded Upstream Drainage plans, flooding under 128 Ashridge Rd kerb.

Kerrie Freeman instructed Andrew Corrigan to draw a hydraulic plan that required hundreds of illegal rainwater tanks in three properties 40, 48 and 50 Killarney Ave Darra.

The rainwater tank plan invloves using hundreds of illegal rainwater tanks under PSP S7.5.3(6) and PSP S7.6.1 (6) of City plan and S5.4.2 of the QUDM manual.

Kerrie Freeman will soon be required to provide explanations as a defendant to the Planning Court in the upcoming criminal contempt of Court application.

Mr David Manteit, of 128 Ashridge Rd Darra will be requesting 2 years imprisonment for alleged contempt of Court by Kerrie Freeman.

Flooding is expected to be around 1 million litres an hour or 15 million litres a day, to the residents in Darra. 

This flooding may exceed flooding levels in 2022.

The flooding wil come from upo to 100 townhouses or apartments yet to be built, accomodating up to 600 people in Darra.

The sandbag depot in Darra may not be available to residents during that flood, since it too will be flooded.
