Byth Chambers Susan Hedge barrister has tried to con Judge Williamson KC yet again on 29-4-25 by yelling and screaming "You must believe in my witness. He sends water uphill" (transcript).
The winemaster witness and Susan Hedge Byth Chambers tried to fool Judge Williamson KC of the Planning and Environment Court yet again, by sending water uphill, in the case of David Manteit v Brisbane City Council 2916/24.
Even Einstein can't send water uphill 550mm.

In the Planning and Environment Court case David Manteit V Brisbane City Council, Byth Chambers Susan Hedge barrister knew for 7 months that the 2 stormwater plans drawn by unlicenced Council employees and the 2 stormwater plans drawn by her winemaster witness Andrew Corrigan were flooded 1.2m under the Ashridge Rd Kerb.
That's a total of 4 Brisbane City Council hydrauaulic plans that have been intentionally drawn to flood Brisbane, centered at 128 Ashridge Rd Darra.
The Susan Hedge 7 months charade was at an end.

Susan Hedge intentionally delayed the filing of the bogus winemaster witness report and disobeyed a court order. That's called contempt of Court.
Susan Hedge had already been granted one extension. Susan Hedge
intentionally failed to meet that extension granted by Judge Williamson KC until 23/4/25.
