Impending Contempt of Court case - CCC aware

This subdivision plan was presented to Judge Williamson KC  in the Planning and Environment Court case 2916/24 at 10.05 am on the day of the trial, 28-4-25.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister hid this new plan from Judge Williamson KC for 7 months. 

Suddenly the illegal Council employee plan had disappeared.

What date did Slippery Susan Hedge know the previous llegal red stormwater line pipes were flooded?

The original illegal stormwater pipes were designed by seven Brisbane City Council employees.

All of a sudden the illegal Council pipes were removed at 10.05am on the day of the trial.

Any dumbo can see the previous Council employee flooded pipe plans exposed by David Manteit on this website since 10/10/24, were flooded by 1.2 m.

Lazy Susan Hedge knows that pretending to be an engineer is illegal and alleged Contempt of Court.

Lazy Susan Hedge provided no Council engineer information whatsoever to Judge Williamson KC for 7 months but knew the pipes were flooded.

Slippery Susan Hedge will be summonsed to the Planning and Envrironment Court to answer Contempt of Court allegations.

Slippery Susan Hedge has been caught out by her own whistleblower winemaster engineering witness Andrew Corrigan who stated to the Planning and Environment Court that the stormwater pipes promoted by Susan Hedge as dry, ended up 1.2m under the kerb.

Two engineers have stated that Susan Hedge pipes end up 1.2m under the kerb, including Manteit own private engineer.

Susan Hedge is so dumb that she can't work out that pipes are going uphill by 1.2m.

Why is  Susan Hedge is so intentionally dumb to try to fool  Judge Williamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court?

Either way, that is alleged contempt of Court

It is alleged contempt of court to be a fool and intentionally waste the time of Judge Williamson KC and the Planning and Environment Court.

Susan Hedge told Judge Williamson to his face at 11.15am on 24/4/25, one business day before the trial her position was that as of 31/1/25,

and had not changed, including red lines for Upstream and Onsite drainage system pipes.

David Manteit asked Judge Williamson 11.15 am on 24/4/25,  3 times - is that the Council's position ?(as of 31/1/25). Judge Williamson KC said yes , over 3 times. 

Susan Hedge stated specifically Council's position to Judge Williamson KC in no uncertain terms, at 11.15am on 24/4/25 , after double checking with Sara McCabe, that the 

"Your Honour - Council's position for the Trial, (one business day later),  was Court document number 23, filed 31/1/25. " 

Within an few hours  later, Susan Hedge secretly filed a totally different position in Court, with no red lines, without advising Judge Williamson KC at all, and David Manteit only at 4.27 pm by email. 

That is called allegded dishonesty of the highest order. Susan Hedge's position in the Planning and Environment Court as a barrister is untenable.
