Susan Hedge Byth Chambers forces Judge Williamson KC to believe in illegal rainwater tanks.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister intentionally instructed winemaster Andrew Corrigan to devise an illegal fake rainwater tank plan to fool Judge Williamson KC into thinking that she could stop 14 million litres of flood water from over 100 three story apartments flowing into 128 Ashridge Rd Darra. 

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers knew for 9 months that this plan was illegal but Susan Hedge Byth Chambers still carried on the charade until she admitted to Judge Williamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court on 29/4/25 that her rainwater plan was illegal and that Brisbane City Council would not allow rainwater tanks to be conditioned in any subdivision approval.

It never dawned on Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister that instructing witnesses to devise illegal stormwater systems to fool Judge Williamson KC that she could be in Contempt of Court. 

Actually, it did dawn on Susan Hedge Byth Chamnbers to intentionally concoct an illegal rainwater tank plan. That is why a contempt of Court application needs to be filed.

That is one of 150 reasons why a contempt of court application is currently being prepared for filing in the Planning and Environment Court by David Manteit

Dumbo Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister says there will be a flood of around 14 million litres per hour, in the back yard of 128 Ashridge Rd Darra, based on her own whistleblower winemaster witness Andrew Corrigan.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister says to the people of Brisbane that everyone can stop a flood of  14 million litres per hour of flooding by sticking 100 rainwater tanks in your neighbours yards without their permission.

This winemaster report by winemaster Andrew Corrigan was filed by Susan Hedge and Brisbane City Council in the Planning and Environment Court case David Manteit V Brisbane City Council 2916/24.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister and Brisbane City Council will have a Contempt of Court case to answer soon, as to  why Susan Hedge Byth Chambers intentionally promoted the breaking of 23 Council laws and 150 intentional errors in the intentionally dodgy Andrew Corrigan winemaster witness report instructed by Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister.

In addition, Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister stated that the  Brisbane City Council position of 31/1/25 to Judge Williamson KC on 24/4/25 at 11.15 am, in Court, was Council's position.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers then lodged a totally different position an hour later in the Court registry, down below on the ground floor.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers barrister was asked 3 times by Judge Williamson KC at 11.15am on 24/4/25, one business day before the trial commencing on 28-4-25 - "Ms Hedge, is that your position for the trial ?" (31-1-25) .

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers said "yes, Your Honour, it is. " (transcript).

Susan Hedge was asked on 24/4/25 at 11.15am by Judge Williamson KC - "Is there anything else we need to know from Council before Monday, Ms Hedge ?"  (transcript).

Susan Hedge said "No, Your Honour"  (transcript). 

One hour later a different position was filed by Susan Hedge and Council, in attempt to make a fool of Judge Williamson KC.

Susan Hedge Byth Chambers attempted to force Judge Williamson KC into approving 100 rainwater tanks to be placed in the three neighbour's yards behind 128 Ashridge Rd Darra, owned by David Manteit.

Rainwater tanks are illegal for subdivisions under S7.5.3 (6) of the Brisbane City Council Planning Scheme Policies. 

 On 29-4-25 Susan Hedge came clean with Judge Williamson KC stating that rainwater tanks will not be allowed to be placed in any condition of approval. The Susan Hedge Byth Chambers charade ended on 29-4-25.

The game was up.

Susan Hedge insisted on breaking 23 Council laws. 

is it possible someone could find a more stupid barrister than Susan Hedge ? Or even any person ?

Why is the Lord Mayor of Brisbane paying Susan Hedge Byth Chambers tens of thousands of your ratepayers money to lie to Judge Williamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court ? 

Susan Hedge knew for 9 months that placing 100 rainwater tanks in three properties behind 128 Ashridge Rd Darra would flood the whole of Darra when they burst. 

S 5.4.2 of  the Queensland Urban Drainage Manual says that rainwater tanks are rarely used on single  residential properties.

Susan Hedge knew that Rainwater tanks are illegal in the Brisbane City Council , S 5.4.2 of the Brisbane Planning Scheme Policies but still tried to con Judge Wiliamson KC in the Planning and Environment Court case David Manteit V Brisbane City Council 2916/24.

The Susan hedge charade ended when Susan Hedge advised Judge Williamson KC in court (transcript)  that Brisbane City Council would not allow rainwater tanks as a condirion of a development.

The Susan Hedge rainwater fake rainwater tank game was up, by her own admission, in Court.

Susan Hedge will have a contempt of court application to answer soon to answer why she knew that rainwater tanks were illegal but still tried to promote these illegal rainwater tanks to Judge Williamson KC.
