You get the impression you are sending an email to Brisbane City Council. That's not true. It's just a message service. You get an email from them with a copy of your message. But this is a non-reply email. You still can't email Council.
Every email can be the start of a court case. That's why you can't send an email to council. This policy stops you from getting your court case started.
I have used this service many times but very rarely get a call back even.
