Planning and Environment Court application lodged 18/10/24

21-10-24 Sara McCabe, allegedly from City Legal (no verification yet) told the applicant on the telephone she refuses acknowledge City Legal emails. She said she has no access to City Legal emails.

 Just so happens there were two particular emailson 11/10/24  and 14/10/24 giving warning to the Council and of legal action forthwith and damages.

The applicant, as a matter of courtesy offered soliitor Sara McCabe 4 hours to inbestigate th legal warning emails but she refused, then hung up the phone.

 The applicant has written to the Lord Mayor and the Planning and Environment Court to request termination of the appointment of solicitor Sara McCabe to the case due to dishonesty of refusing to examine past emails including specifically giving warning to Council of pending Council legal action and costs.

Perhaps if Brisbane City Council had looked at the warning emails to citylegal@brisbane.qld.gov.au then this matter could have been acted on by Brisbane City Council. 

The six development services team members were copied in the warning email/s so there is no doubt these warning emails were received by City Legal. Emails were sent to Paul of City Legal, since he volunteered to accept the emails. Paul of City Legal has gone missing in action as well. Has anyone sighted Paul of City Legal?

This is a matter of public interest that a solicitor Sara McCabe displays dishonest actions of hiding legal warning letters , and refusing to discover warning emails to Council, according to the applicant.
